Things finally feel like they’re starting to shift — and not before time.
We’ve just agreed terms with the charitable arm of a major real estate advisory firm to fund a £50,000 youth-delivered influencer project. It’s a bold idea that puts the power of storytelling, visibility, and impact directly into the hands of young people — and I’m thrilled to be part of it.
I’m also honoured to be speaking on Friday at Keele University’s Digital Society Institute conference on AI and emerging technologies. We’ve built a strong relationship with Keele’s Business School over the past couple of years, and it’s a privilege to be invited to contribute to such a future-facing event.
It brings to mind something from Jim Collins’ book Good to Great — the idea of the flywheel: how great businesses aren’t built overnight, but through years of graft, persistence, and purpose. And then one day, the wheel starts to turn just a little more easily. You can’t quite call it success yet… but you can feel it.
That’s where we are right now.
And it’s exciting — because it means it’s time to build.
If you want to hear more about the youth project (funding, film-making or delivery), or the talk I’ll be giving at Keele, just drop me a line. I’d love to share what we’re working on.
